Erin Traditional Irish Potato Soup

Erin Traditional Soups are a wholesome and tasty blend of the finest ingredients - Erin's will only put in what you'd put in yourself.

Cooking Instructions:  Empty contents of packet into a saucepan and gradually add 1.5 pints of cold water, stirring until blended.  Bring to the boil, stirring continuously; partially cover and simmer for 5 mins, stirring occasionally.
