dissatisfaction may occur due to circumstances beyond

on already opened foodstuffs, but we will handle merchandise
returns on an individual basis. Should a return be required,
it must be sent back within three (3) business days of
its original receipt by the customer.
In the event damage occurs to the merchandise in shipment,
please promptly contactour customer service department
for further instructions. Notification of damage must be
done within three business days of receipt by the customer.
On occasions a particular item that you have ordered may
be out of stock. When this occurs, the available products
will be shipped immediately. We will notify you by EMail
of products not in stock and if they have been back ordered
for you. Due to the wide range of specialty supppliers
we utilize to keep us provided with these specialty high
end imported products,, it is not always possible to automatically
back order items for you. If we were unable to back order
the item(s), please check back on our site for availability.
It is always our goal to maintain the privacy and the
