1. Beat the eggs in a bowl for about 2 minutes.
2. Add the milk and salt & pepper to taste.
3. Lightly grease/butter a baking dish.
4. Pour in the mixture then add the oatcakes broken into small bite size pieces just dropping them on top of the sod.
5. Top with a few small knobs of butter
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
