an ovenproof serving dish.
4. Mix the allspice, garlic and cream together
and season to taste.
5. Pour over the celery.
6. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs.
7. Bake for about 1 hour or until the celery is
tender.
8. Serve hot, garnished with the celery leaves.
